Mark founded Omaha Hot Tubs in 2001 around a simple idea: offer quality products with personal, straightforward service.
Ed purchased the business in 2024 after getting to know Mark through their local community and admiring the customer-focused company he had built. Mark remains actively involved, preserving more than two decades of product knowledge and customer relationships as the business moves into its next chapter.
Today, Ed and Mark continue that practical, low-pressure approach—helping customers understand their options and making ownership easier after the spa arrives.

Omaha Hot Tubs remains small and personally connected to its customers. Ed and Mark guide customers and stay involved in the business. Cory and Blake handle deliveries, while Larry and Travis provide service support.
