Sun & Soul saunas are freestanding units intended for a dry, level location. Manufacturer guidance calls for approximately 3.25 inches of clearance around the unit for air circulation and power-cord access.

The manufacturer advises plugging directly into the appropriate wall receptacle rather than using an extension cord.
