Omaha Hot Tubs primarily coordinates repair service for Sundance spas. We may also be able to assist with select Pinnacle and Premium Leisure spas previously sold by Omaha Hot Tubs. Contact us with your spa information and we’ll let you know how we can help.
Do you handle Sundance warranty repairs?+
Yes. Omaha Hot Tubs is the local point of contact for Sundance warranty repair support.
Do you provide routine maintenance or water care service?+
No. Omaha Hot Tubs currently coordinates repair service only. We do not currently coordinate routine water care, regular cleaning, drain and refill service, opening, closing, winterization, or maintenance plans.
What should I include with my request?+
Include the model, serial number, approximate purchase date, error code, symptoms, when the issue started, and whether the spa is currently running and heating—if you know those details.
